Welcome to CCAPM's public records forum. Here, we will make an effort to remedy the issues with the City of Orlando's incomplete public records document dump, which contains thousands of pages of documents, mixed together, with no context, no explanation, and no organization. Our current interest lies in documentation pertaining the following issues:
Unpermitted renovations done under the ownership of Rosario Poma and Barbara Poma;
Violations of Pulse's conditional use permit;
Pulse's history of occupancy violations (and the nightclub being over capacity on the night of the shooting);
Building plans availability on the night of the shooting.
